RUNNING vs. LIFTING

I have a story about that…..

The picture on the left was my lowest scale weight after my first two kids….I loved that number…for some reason found satisfaction out of it…..

But I hardly ate, I felt skipping meals would help me “lose weight” and all I did was run……the more the better….and my answer as to why I didn’t look the way I wanted was I needed to eat less and run more….

AND……I still didn’t have the physique I was trying to attain…..

AND NOW………the picture on the right…….AND ANOTHER BABY LATER…..I almost exclusively lift weights and eat more than I ever have…..AND WEIGH AT LEAST 10 POUNDS MORE…..

I lift to create not to take away….I eat to build not to binge…..and my running is purely for the privilege not
punishment….

I’m not against running for sport but I also know lifting weights is what shaped the figure I was running after….
